Founded in 1992 by Horace Winchester, a contracting industry veteran with 40 years of professional experience, H.A. Winchester Enterprises, Inc. (Winchester Enterprises) is a privately held, fully licensed and insured contractor based in Baltimore, Maryland serving both the public and private sectors.
Winchester Enterprises was founded by Mr. Winchester out of a passion for construction and a desire to provide quality contracting services at economical price points.
Today Winchester Enterprises provides Hot-Mix Asphalt Paving, Excavation/Equipment Operator Rental, and Snow Removal services to public and private sector customers including government and military customers.
